Introduction course in Image analysis for Life sciences

PhD course in basic Image Analysis arranged by the CCI and powered by NEUBIAS trainers, November 2017. The course provides a introduction to image processing and analysis, with emphasis on biologically relevant examples.

NMI is the Swedish infrastructure for advanced microscopy in life science. NMI is supported from the Swedish Research Council and cofinanced from the participating Universities, KTH – Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm University, Umeå University, Uppsala University and University of Gothenburg.

The mission of NMI is to provide the life science research community with access to unique competence and instrumentation in microscopy. NMI also coordinate national and international knowledge exchange in microscopy and is the Swedish node in the European Infrastructure – EuroBioimaging.
